CPRS Edmonton is still seeking to fill one new board position as we enter our next term under incoming President Crystal Wood in June 2026.
Sponsorship and partnerships co-chair
Builds and manages relationships with sponsors and partner organizations. Identifies opportunities for collaboration, develops sponsorship packages and supports event and program funding.
Works with employers and organizations to strengthen ties with CPRS Edmonton, including securing corporate group memberships, encouraging accreditation and CPRS membership in job postings, and reinforcing the role of CPRS in advancing professional standards.
Term and commitment
Board terms will begin in June 2026. The board pauses regular activities in July and August, with the exception of a strategic planning session at the end of August. Regular board activities run from September 2026 through June 2027.
Board members are expected to contribute 5-10 hours per month.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be a CPRS Edmonton member in good standing
Be committed to active participation and consistent engagement
Be available to attend board meetings, a strategic session in August and key chapter events
Board responsibilities
Contribute to member engagement and outreach
Uphold CPRS values and act in the best interest of the chapter

The ability to contribute to planning, governance and delivery of chapter activities
